Envy is not my greatest sin. However, I felt its  tainted pangs upon me when this book fell across my path.

Jeremy Clay's idea of presenting a host of curious of long-forgotten stories once reported in the Victorian Press is appallingly brilliant and fills me with a serious case of the "why-didn't-I-think-of-thats"
