Quickly brushing the rather absurdish name aside, Dr Perricone MD No Concealer Concealer is 9g of bottled brilliant thinking.
I am so pleased to have found a concealer that contains a whopping SPF35 mineral based sunscreen that won't sting my eyes into a tearful mess. I am also gleeful that it doubles up as an anti-aging treatment with skin loving ingredients such as Vitamin C (good for a bit o' brightening) and Hyaluronic Acid (good for boosting skin's natural moisture levels).
It is recommended to use one pump warmed between the fingers for both eyes. This is just the right amount for me, any left overs gets smudged onto any of my other random blemishes. I find that the concealer blends into my skin well and does a lovely job of masking my shadows. I like they way that it lasts all day without getting dry and nasty on my skin and that it keeps the delicate eye area looking moist and healthy.
I have been told that you can use the No Concealer Concealer on the eyelids as a primer which is unusual for a concealer. I have not as yet tried this yet, though I am curious how it will do at holding eyeshadow in crease-free place. I will let you know how I go when I get around to this mission.
Listen up though! There a couple of things to consider before rushing out with your £37 to buy this. No 1, this is available in one solitary shade that thankfully works for me so I recommend trying it before buying. I think you can do this in Liberty if you are in London. Also, this does have a bit of a sticky texture on my dry/combo skin which doesn't bother me but may bother others.
Before receiving this I was rather in love with my Bobbi Brown Creamy concealer which I still adore but the No Concealer Concealer has got me jauntily alternating between the two and I am very happily using both depending weather and skin conditions.
