Faces, faces, faces everywhere. We spotted this bit of meticulously busy street art emblazoned on the facade of a neglected building. This is better than CCTV. All those vigilant eyes regarding passersby. Nothing slides past unnoticed.
“Your face, my thane, is as a book where men
May read strange matters. To beguile the time,
Look like the time; bear welcome in your eye,
Your hand, your tongue: look like the innocent flower,But be the serpent under't. ” Shakespeare.

Oops, I meant to say: Love love! Especially the picture where it shows "Carribean Cuisine" yet you are bundled up next to it :-)
ReplyDeleteDarn.
ReplyDeleteSecond time to try and post this.
When I read faces, I thought you meant the face in the actual building. The eyes are the windows. I really thought that was what you meant, and I was simultaneously envious that you had thought of this before I did, inspired to find the faces in the buildings of my town, and amused by the lovely sculpted faces on the wall!
Oh.
It is better this time round.
