Teetasse

One of the things purchased in Berlin was a teacup.

I have long fancied a piece of Rosenthal porcelain and being in Germany was the perfect excuse to indulge.

Rosenthal Porcelain is widely known for creating fine highly decorative pieces. They have also enjoyed a long history that dates back to 1884.

This was Hiro's gift to me and it is a perfect memento of our time in Berlin. I suspect that he would have been much happier had I opted for one of the Walter Gropius + Rosenthal teacups. Bless 'im!

  8. My mom had something very similar to this, she used to work for a fine China company when I was little. Now that I think back I wish she would have kept some of those pieces so I could have them now. =)
