  1. To be honest, I am completely not fussed about the whole thing, the only thing that concerns me is WHY IS IT A FRIDAY?! I'm annoyed as I can't take off the three days in the middle between the bank holiday monday and the friday because my medschool doesn't care for us taking holidays unless we're attending funerals, weddings or we are ill! Are you going to take the three days off in between?

  5. I think that Kate seems like a very lovely girl, and I will definitely be tuning in to watch!

  6. i think that it'll be a really interesting historical event but i'll watch it mostly because of the hoopla surrounding it. my parents will probably become nostalgic about Princess Diana, especially my father who was in love with her haha.

  7. Wow, thanks for the giveaway. This is such a beautiful nail polish.

I guess a huge wedding and a lot of hype are expected? I just keep remembering what my mother told me - we lived in the UK some 30 years ago, and she was pregnant with me while watching Diana & Charles's wedding on TV. I just hope they live happily ever after, more so than the recent royals!

  9. I'm not really interested in the whole Royal wedding hype too. The extended weekends don't affect me too as I work weekends anyway :( London will be chaos too, what's there to get excited about? Okay, maybe some of the 'Royal' related products that are being released (like this one), but that's all :P

  11. i think there's too much press/news going on about it -__- but, hey. i guess it IS the prince/future queen.. not like.. some teenage celebrity over here.. so it COULD be worse?

  12. Well, when Charles & Diana married in 1981, I was only 5, but I still managed to catch the live telecast on TV!

Now that William (who was such a cutie as a kid and still gorgeous now-except for the receding hairline :P) is getting hitched, I"m gonna catch up all I missed! LOL

NOt to mention, I happen to like Kate Middleton as well :)

  13. I think the royal wedding is much too publicized. I understand it's a big wedding and all the tabloids and of course, the rest of the world are all wondering what's going on. however, there are other shit going on in the world besides their wedding lol.

  14. I'm excited to see her all her fashion choices! I wonder how untraditional she will go.

  15. Although I am pleased for the royal couple, the only good thing for me is I get the day off!

  16. I am in the US, so what I hear may or may not be true about the nuptials. I am excited about the wedding, I think more excited about what she is going to wear. I had a fascination of Princess Diana, before she passed and always thought Prince William was a good looking gentleman. He sure is his mother's son. Will & Kate are going to make a very good looking couple.

  17. Wow that color looks gorgeous...

In Canada, The Gov is currently trying to allow temporarily for restaurants to open the bars early (i.e. 9AM) on the day of the wedding so pple here can celebrate.... don't know if getting drunk is my idea of a classy wedding esp since I'm not the one getting married....

  18. i am not a fan! i find it suspicious that the wedding was announced right in the middle of the anti-government protests and horrific cuts being made to public services; it's almost like they want to distract us from something with a nice shiny wedding...! also i will be going to stay at my mum's house up north as i don't think i'd be able to bear the crowds of tourists in london.

oh dear, i'm not a romantic, am i?

Me me I'm a follower! :) I am very happy they they're finally tying the knot, I am fully in favour of keeping old british traditions like the monarchy alive, even if they aren't as influential these days as they were the past. A lot of luck to them! jazzy ♥

  21. is it bad to say that i do not see much of the hype maybe cause i'm not staying in the uk..but i hope that the royal couple will stay together and have a long lasting HAPPY marriage...

  22. I feel totally out of the loop with regards to the wedding (since I haven't really been keeping track of developments) - however, I can't really seem to understand the hype.

It might be that being Canadian, we have a somewhat more cynical view of the monarchy ... :S

  23. I'm really happy for them and it's kind of exciting to witness a royal celebration, since I was too young for the last one. I hope they stay together and Kate's persistence pays off =)

Thanks for this giveaway! I hope you ship internationally (I'm from the states)

  25. Me & my sister used to be a loyal follower of the british royal family until Princess Diana passed away & nothing seem interesting at all...but I sure do hope that the soon to be royal couple would stay happily ever after...but honestly I'm more interested with the rumor that JK Rowling's writing a new book....:D

  26. There's a lot of hype about the royal wedding. I'm not following following, but I see things around. It's interesting.

  27. I haven't been keeping up with the royal wedding but it will probably be a sight to see! I'm especially interested in the dress :)

  28. I remember the fancy dress street party we all went to as a kid when Charles and Diana got married, I was dressed up as Little Miss Moffat and had a spider hanging from my hat. Royal weddings had a fairytale quality as a child. Still kind of vaguely interested to see from a distance now I'm grown up but they no longer have a sense of magic about them.

  29. I think the wedding is quite exciting! Hasn't been anything like this for quite awhile! :)

  30. I'm not sure what the buzz and craze is about, I'm just not so into it :P
