Tortured Pearls - Necklace

I finally finished the necklace!!
The heaps of postal strikes have meant that it has taken ages for parts to arrive. All that aside, I am more than pleased with the finished result.
I have made this for a dear blogger. One that I have come to appreciate and call a friend. We tell each other stories and laugh at things that we probably shouldn't.
I hope that she likes it.

a deep red heart

a mega strong clasp to keep it together...
twisted tales....
and trapped gems

a lady in black and satin bows

I hope we never run out of stories.

  7. Oh gosh! I'm sure she's going to *love* it! I certainly do! It's BEAUTIFUL!!

And those postal strikes are rather annoying aren't they. =_=

By the way, I was wondering if you could recommend me a good website to buy swarovski crystals and charms and bits and bobs from that is from the UK? All I have around here is the crafts section in John Lewis, which is rather limited. =___= Although it's not like I'll *ever* be able to make anything as beautiful as the pieces you make. In comparison, my jewellery will be more like child's play, especially since I intend to use FIMO, crystals and metals. xD
